Fire in the Hills

Burn~!

Whipping tongues leap gripping rungs of dry splinter
Crackle-snapped, vanquish falls of downed lives crush

Leaping demons whip on crusty breeze billows
that roar unknowing torment and torture

The hillside falls–
Rock crush wicked cascade scars gash
bone-grind fractures down her backside

Blood soddered in the vicious hiss
of wicked shitpiss staining neck-snap bowels

Oh, but the howls!
Such howls that pierce
The soul with the pain
of a sane man gone fierce

Mushroom clouds bloom psychedellic jellyfish broom closets
Gushing fume-plume rosetting doom toxic pox fidget gloom rushings

A red eye peers
So long dear sun
Set your deathwhisper crushed crystal glimmer
down, and be done

Ash, ash
Ash in the lungs
Coughing mucus flung cluster muck upon the young

Hacking out the nasty fast and easy world we won
Pass along the skeletons of all we’ve left undone
Charred human flesh for breakfast
Gather round a dying sun
And thank the lord for wall and sword
And luxuries the charred afford
And miseries we must ignore…

Down your deathwhisper stainglass dinner
Have some more

This world is burning
Burning, burning

No sense in fighting forward
Not with all the misty quickened glees we can’t afford

Slipt

It slips away
All those certainties, finger-locked in knowing
All those glowing comraderies and like-a-bicycle skills
All those thrills that seem so constant
The games that we play
It all just slips away
One day awoken to this broken set of memories
Of all the things we used to be
All the things we learned to free
After all the years we tried
And still they died
They died, they died

Watch this ride of roller coasting
Coast right off the track
Just for that final thrill of boasting
Never turning back

God, watery

Sure, sure
 The pond is bare
And so the moonlit eye is there

But also is there flowing love
Of rivercreeks that push and shove
 To pour through rocky grinds

And also is there coldness splashed
 Often in a wicked crash
 To wake up sleepy minds

And also are there seas and seas
 Of cognizant infinities
That we may ride upon the breeze
 Of conciousness expanding

And then there are the waterfalls
 Where majesty inspires

And then there are the hidden holes
 Wherefore the soul retires

And then there are the cleansing rains
That wash away the lifelong pains
 As faces stream redemption

And as the torrents soak our bones
 We crush with new intention

And also are there silent times
Of floating in those weightless climes
 While waves above are storming

And mystic pockets spout in springs
 Of steamy ever-warming

And even on this stolid earth
Where all we know can seem so solid
What we find when looked within
Is we're more it than anything

Oh water flowing all we know
That brings the seed of life to grow
 Unfolding newness every go
 Evolving ever on

Such ever-changing tides unroll
 But the water's never gone
Share

And on and on…

And the clock turns
And the world burns
And all the embers grow to ferns
And all the hearts of lovers yearn
To turn another day

And the rays of the sun
Will light the scape
With meanings and dreamings
And weavings of fate

And states will fall
As will it all
And every word unknown will call
The longing ears
Of distant years
Who knew that life is what it steers
Until they saw with nearer eyes
That even so-called wisdom dies

And so, and on, and forward too
Till all that’s left to make it through
Is but the wish first uttered when
The start of all the starts began

Oh human child
Oh adult might
Oh senior styled
Of inner light

Oh spinning lives on rock in space
With every manner peering face
Oh steering grace, if you should be
Help us least to grow and see
That even in these acid days
Of wearing all away, away

Even as the pillars fall
And stillness leaks from out it all
Even as the giants call
The crush of all they grew

Help us hear the hushing tones
Gushing when we’re all alone
Help us find the beauty grown
In everything still new

Gush

Cheer up there bugaboo
Life is twinkling at you ~*~
Let it fill and flow right through
Let it spill you glowing

May the moon be on your face
And may the stars be in your gaze
And may your mind be silent space
Where God may cuddle in

If there’s tears, then let them flow
And if there’s fears, then let them go
All you really need to know
Is life is on your side

And if you let your spirit grow
There’ll be nothing left to hide

Amiable

She doesn’t even know how far ahead she is…

She looks around with steady eyes
at the younger~ The vibes, the tries and the hunger
that drives them to hunker these mountains that boom
Thriving for conquest and largeness and room

Taking on monsters they’ve hardly yet heard
Barring blind courage to conquer and stir
the stews that we oft go and throw up in chunks
Stars in our eyeballs
Balls in our junk

And the pain and the rampage and the carnage we tear
out from the courage-held chests that we bare
Till our hearts are in shredded little parts at our feet
And we curse at a world so immersed in deceit

And never again will we walk with such spines
Stuck like a pole upon heaven’s designs
Never again will we fall prey to the light
That burns with such life that we lose all in sight

Our paths become tip-toes
Our worlds become dim
Stuck with the burs of the worries within
Of the failure at hand
Of the pressure at head
The traps where we stand
And the measures we dread

And so starts the long walk of adulthood’s clime
Onward uphill, and backward in time
To find… oh to find… that soul-shining place
When the whole of our life was a kitten we chase
Was a magic we hold, was a smitten-drawn lover
Beholding our dawn like there wasn’t another

And all that went on, and all that would be
Was only as far as our blue eyes could see

And, like the whisper of sunglight
Like the first star to shine
It beckons us forth to the north of our climb

A curious sign
That subtlest hint
That fixes our mind on that whispering glint

And up now we tip-toe
Forward we crawl
To yonder stood mountain to behold it all

And there’s dangers, we’ve learned
There’s strangers with knives
Demons that burn
And gods that take lives

~*~ Years.

It’s years
It’s decades…
It’s youth ~

The price that we pay just to purchase the proof
That the truth of the world was always the same~
The stalls and the walls and the falls and the pain

Till we wake on a day
We peak on the sky
We gaze with the eyes of a life that’s gone by
At the rise, at the rise of a soul in the skies
At the size of a wholeness we knew
At the proof of the truth that our youth wasn’t lies
And we haven’t a guess what to do…

Was it the journey? Was it the tears?
Or was it the whish of the passing of years?

Or is it that once you catch an imp by the ears
That he heaps in a breath, and his form dissapears?

…cause suddenly a change
One so very strange…
So soon can a change come to pass

Where the mountain’s a cell at the end of the world
And we’re only watching through glass

And the people that pass
Their youth and their vigour
Striving in strides just to make their worlds bigger
Riding these rides of the blind and enthralled…
So suddenly it seems as if they have it all~!

So lost do we come in the wonders of others
And forget of the place where we fit

So costly the tab of the mindfuls we suffer
Forgetting that where we are’s it!

This is the garden!
This is the tree!
This is the mount where we wanted to be~!

This is the light that once shone in our eyes
The sight of the sun that’s beneath the disguise

This is the rise!
THIS is the vigour!
This was your cries when you made yourself bigger!
THIS is the trigger you wanted to pull!
You shot for the moon, and this is the goal!

You have all the tools! You’ve lost all the fears!
You’ve learned of the world in your shedding of years
You’ve steered to the edge of the earth and you peer
At the vastness of space where it all dissappears

You are the form that we came here to live
And all that it took, is all you can give

Be peaceful, and happy
The riot is done

She doesn’t even know~
She’s already won

Creative Juices

Take that buzz of lustful creation
and send it upward–^

Tap the spinal sap in rise divining

Spin high to the third eye diamond shining

Inebriate the cerebral vortex lining

Flood right through the medula oblangotta spout providing

Gush upon the lushful rush of flushing tides insiding

And use that lust to bust the crust
of creative gusts in hiding

Unlockable You

We make the keys
That unlock doors
That open paths
Through ocean shores
That lap with the motions
That push us to soar
Through the core of our dreams
And the goals of our deepest
Desires we scream
When we’re at our weakest

Then we roam around sadly
Blown on the breeze
Forgetting in madness
That we make the keys

We make the keys
When we dream up the dreams
That lap on the shores
Of infinity’s gleams
That make up the doors
That we need to walk through
To unlock the goals
That we want to pursue

So Goes…

So brings me here
That rings this gong
Of something’s near
…it won’t be long

So swells the throat
And tells the gut
To fell what wrote
the lingered but…

Oh strange days of misery
Of building lives so wandered
To topple high the pile I
Endeavour not to ponder

Oh strange ways of walking life
The stumble forth, the dragging
What feat could saunter down this path
To stop the rest from lagging?

Screams of past come pouring through
And all my world has but to do
Is let it go its pent-up stew
And not to call it down

But round and round the weathers go
And lost and found and lost the knowing
And up and down and up we throw
The ball we think we’re throwing

No answer here have I to bear
No wisdom for to fix
Just the saddened will to share
The madman I have mixed

Lush

Under nectarine sky
with cottonberry clouds
Dripping the winds shuttereye

The bumblebee crowds
are flipping the gold
To please pollenational grounds

The wisdom of old
The kingdom of youth
The strength of the bold and enamoured
Flush out in singing
the songs we once stammered
To ring in the tremors of truth

Oh world, oh world of washing on by
Wiping the slate ever clean
I can’t keep on bumbling the flowerpot sky
All I can do is to dream

Miscreant

Flung out heartless, spun out
This young charlatain hung out to dry
Slung out like yesterday’s turkey on rye
And only the passerby’s know what to do~
Stare with a cold spit of tongue shit and chew
Masticate that mother with the yellow fangs of judgement
Till he’s too stamped to find a way through

A Poe M

A pome is a rair occurrents in weather
Something mystic you don’t see every day
A torn page of lightning
An inkwell of rain

The fountain pen of heightening strains of changing
mountain ranging bends of open gushing
nature painting out, and then
You have a pohm

Whyzer

It’s a lotta bit strange
And a little unnerving
That I can’t make a change
cause I feel undeserving

I want it so badly
And shoot for it madly
So why am I sadly still holding it down
With all of these thinkings now brinking
on sinking and drowning the founding
that calls me around…

I Suppose

If I’m to be honest, I don’t need the sky
I don’t need a castle, a title and I
don’t need to be this big feller of fate
A teller of tales, or a stater of stellar supposings

I don’t need elations to swell up like seas
I don’t need relationships sailing my breeze
I don’t need position, provisions and such
If I’m to be honest, I don’t need that much

Just to be useful, helpful and here
An opening heart and a mind getting clearer
Silence, non-violence and a general peace

And maybe the guide of a useful release

Flushening

Mind blown~
Flown high shown
Binded lines grinding our times grown wider

Finding desire to be blinding the choir
that sings of the higher things I can acquire

It brings me a whereness
A place I could care less
of all of the bareness I usually hide
Caressing this ocean and swelling with tide

Now rush out in waters that gush down the stones
that crush all our hopes in the weight of unknowns

This inch ant

When it’s been so many days
  since windshine swept through
So many bays at a swollen tooth moon
And the child inside me doesn’t know what to do

I remember a bottle, just swimming with poes
And a boy wanders through, and the bottle just grows…
And there’s spirits that fluster and plum in the corners
painting the world that he knows

Heartborn enchantment that soars for a spell
And pours from the mouth in a globbering swell
Till only a child, looking through glass
Fawns at the gones of the world going past

Is it big enough?  He wonders For me to fit through?
This hole in the bottle, leaking all that he knew

Redunktionism

My perfunctious states of rambunctiousness lately
Entail begailings that puncture me greatly
In stately redundancies of stated restatements
Instating that station be stateside detainments

Oh squalor!… you taller than frolicking prudents
Quack out your ducklings of bollocksing rudiments
Your gooberance is too sticky to add-hear what you say
And your intolerance cavorts in the sorts we dismay~

Impetulant strumpets of this Brave New World!
Squirrel away nuts in these guts you unfurled
Swirled by the wadders of inevitable sprouting
And lost in the totters of undoubtable doubting

Earthshatter

Such heaven droppin'
In all these dreams lofting soft and often
Never stoppin' all that seems to crop in
Open poppin' poppy hoppin'
An opiumbrella bloomin' atop
A sky boomin' wide in a world never stoppin'
Reign down in droplets of heaven that stain
All of the windows still dropping with pane

One of these days…

One of these days I’ll admit to my wrongs
Without all these dreams of my name put in songs

One of these days I’ll do something good
Without all the pride of the stance that I stood

One of these days I’ll surrender the notion
I’m just a pretender in an ocean of waves
Drowning a man in the way he behaves

One of these days when I’m not so obsessed
With the grays in my hair and the way that I’m dressed
in the flair of the plays of the oldy-time honchos
I’ll look at the earth through my dirty old poncho
And cook up a way I can actually give a damn
Back to a world that gave all that I am

I won’t  be this sham
I won’t be a maze
I’ll let go my stammers
And one of these days
I’ll know what it is to be bare

There out amongst all the beauty that bays
One of these days I’ll be there

Flowerful

A plush nectarian culture blooming
luscious plucking juice bombs flushing
blushy cheek rushes gushing
rosy misting nose fluster
leading brain leaking river stains seeking
quiver-breathing gusts huffing lung muster
lusting shiver rushes busting open

This mind flower blooming power blinding sour signs
shining coursing lines of spine spores pouring over
swollen gland stolen juicy land shores, storing

Fields of fields of lushing bouquets
Crushing the oakenbough broken down days
