Love in Four Seasons

Spring

Just take me away on your ships of ivory gold!
Let us sail that jasper sea
Let us be untold~

Let these swirls of curling winds that hurl us ever free
Be that force of new begins upon the jasper sea

And as the spectres of the gulls fly vectors through the air
Let us float with spirits dripping nectar in our hair

Let us share in lunging waves and brave the test of storms
Spinning madly ’bout our graves as if it were the norm

Then let us find a peaceful place– somewhere, just you and me
To live at last and look with love upon the jasper sea

Summer

Oh~ She lights my soul alive!
To burn and thrive in rising waves
That turn the way a man behaves
Once grave, now bouyant
Joyful, flowing
Lifted life of laughter lowing
Going places!
Finally
Growing ways of flying free of blinding bays of mindful stumps
that couldn’t rear such climbing clumps of greenery
as she and me
in scenery of ‘ery scene
The kind of life I’d never dream was something nearly true

These rising vibes inside of you and me that glee and glow and free this growing
tree of lush and knowing fruits of stowing sweetness flushing forth in sowing seeds
of needless shores of ocean swells~

Oh pray-thee-tells of welling ways
Of setting forth to better days of wedding bells

No need– no shells
So freed and swelling
Fell us forth this well untelling
Stories spelled and quellings fought
To tie in heart this everknot

Fall

There lies in barren lands untold
The inner swirling storms of old
That spin relentless, ever cold
There lies the winds of heartache~

And they shall blow in dirt and dust
Of pander, hurt and curt mistrust
Blinding all the hapless thrust within their churning throes

Oh burning eyes of wrenching see
The learning here that’s clenching me
Don’t be the hand to fell this tree of empty branches hung

Don’t be this swell inside of me
That blows “Oh, to be young!”

It grows, it grows in dour squalls
Of sour wins my spirit calls
In hopes to rise~^
But it falls
It falls
Into the depths of misery
Soaking through this family tree
To poison bonds that glue it

Such foul err hath wafted free…
And ripped a wind right through it

And I know I blew it
I know I did
But please my dear and darling dim
I’ve never been so sorry~
Please let us use this wretched wind
to sail away in glory

Winter

I once knew a dream…
A dream of a moon and a sun
A dream that could paint mountains and push the sea

We could change the world in a winkling
And melt it away in a song
We could echo the very ages…
But now that dream is gone

Gone in a cold-hearted chilling that blew
Whispering ice through the land
Frosting the tips and fractaling through
To shatter the life that we planned

And now I only… dream of lonely
Gold and ivory ships out floating
In a painting you once showed me
of a jasper sea

Goodbye my love… it ends too soon
So sets the sun and darks the moon
So ends a dream
A beautiful dream
A kind the world’s so rarely seen
And now it’s gone, like so much light~
So sets the sun
My love, good night
